Booking your ritual
The easiest way to schedule an appointment is through our website. Alternatively, you can speak with our spa receptionist or contact us by phone. If we are unable to answer, we are most likely caring for a guest. Please leave us a voicemail or send us an email and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
To ensure your preferred time and treatments are available, we recommend booking in advance.
To secure your appointment, we require valid card details at the time of booking. Your card will only be charged on the day of your appointment, unless our cancellation policy applies.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
We understand that plans can change. As each appointment is reserved especially for you, we kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than the required notice will incur a 50% cancellation fee. The fee will be charged to the card held on file or deducted from your gift card or prepaid balance, where applicable.
Appointments that are missed without notice will incur a 100% no-show fee.
Your visit
We invite you to arrive 5 minutes before your appointment so you have time to settle in and complete your consultation form. Please let us know when booking about any medical conditions, allergies, injuries or pregnancy that may affect your treatment. Pregnancy massages are available from 12 weeks of pregnancy and may be adapted for your comfort.
Complimentary herbal teas and light refreshments are available before and after your experience. If you are running late or feeling unwell, please contact us as soon as possible.
Spa etiquette
Le Spa Orla is a space for rest, restoration and quiet connection. We kindly ask that you keep your voice low and be mindful of other guests enjoying their experience.
For the comfort and privacy of everyone, please keep mobile phones on silent and leave valuables and jewellery secured in your locker or safely at home. Le Spa Orla is a smoke-free environment, and we ask all guests to treat our space, team and fellow guests with care and respect.
Your treatment time is reserved especially for you, so please be mindful of your scheduled appointment time and allow us to maintain the calm rhythm of the spa for everyone.
Appointment Only
Le Spa Orla is strictly by appointment only.
To preserve the tranquillity and privacy of our guests, our entrance may be locked when treatments are in progress. If you are visiting us without an appointment, please call ahead to check whether we are available to welcome you.
Guests must be 18 years or older to enter our spa facilities or receive our services, unless accompanied by a responsible adult.
Gift Cards
Give the gift of time at Le Spa Orla.
Le Spa Orla gift cards are available in any amount from $25 to $1,500. They can be redeemed towards eligible services and products at the spa and are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase, unless issued through a collaboration with another business, in which case the expiry date shown on the voucher applies.
Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. They cannot be used towards products purchased online.
