We encourage you to leave devices in lockers and to bring your own towels to promote an eco-friendly experience. Swimwear must be worm at all times. Bathrobes will be provided.
We kindly ask that you maintain a quiet demeanor, showing respect to all spa-goers.
Pregnant guests are welcome at their own discretion; however, hot and cold therapies are not recommended during pregnancy. Access is limited to guests aged 16 and over, with those aged 16–17 required to be accompanied by a legal guardian at all times. If you have a heart condition, we recommend consulting your healthcare provider prior to your visit.
